I've put tonight's times into my spreadsheet. Only one rider beat their season's PB, Cathy by 1 second, so it looks like conditions weren't fast.

BTW I put people in as (not KW) if they aren't in the latest members list when I add them. I don't keep re-checking to see if people are added in later member lists, so if anyone is a KW member but wasn't in the member list at the time I added you, let me know and I'll remove the (not KW) bit.

Well as it was my first one of the year it was always going to be a seasons pb... I did manage an overall pb beating my previous time by 3seconds to 23-10. I'd like to thank you Steve, if it wasn't for our 500m, 69kmh race to the line I don't think I would have beaten it!

So I put a lot more effort in this time, for a lot less return, I think I also lost because of Steve, last time I got to fight and overtake him a few times and gained a lot of draft benefit, this time I didn't have that.

3 punctures on the way home in our group was a little frustrating, but we all made it.

Chris H - I hope you made it back to Wandsworth okay, and well done for hanging with us at quite a pace!

I'm really happy with that result, I just need to go faster next time. Just over a minute faster on the way back than on the way out with consistent HR and cadence both ways, I now really want a powermeter (and aerobars, better wheels, helmet etc).

I think I might be hooked. Very Happy

I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone for there support and help last night.

I did manage to make it back to Wandsworth, but had another (rear) flat about a quarter of a mile from home Rolling Eyes

Frank told us that he has a substitute 10 course based a little further south than the club 10 course, which will be used for the remaining Club 10s. As soon as we receive the details, will post on the forum.

Danny & Cathy

Spotted this map of the potential substitute course on the Kingston Phoenix blog:
