Thought I would post my stats from last night.

Work: Yes I did some
TSS: 58.8 (intensity factor It was hard)
Norm Power: enough
VI: 1.06
Pw:HR: 2.84%
Pa:HR: -7.32%
Distance: 10 miles, but seemed longer
Elevation Gain: 201 m, but seemed a lot more
Elevation Loss: 215 m, not nearly enough
Grade: -0.1 % (-13 m)
Min Max Avg
Power: Ran out about half way through
Heart Rate: Blowing out my 4rse
Cadence: What is cadence
Speed: Not nearly fast enough
Pace Yes, there was pace, somewhere
Altitude: What...
Crank Torque: What.......

In all honesty, I really enjoyed it......been secretly looking at tt bikes today.....

I'd pay the 60 quid to see Gezza do the club 10 pulling a rickshaw. Best cab ride i'll ever do.
